What Is Happiness ?

Namaste Elders, Hello Peers and What's up young ones.

Firstly, thanking each one of you for giving such huge support and such lovely feedback. And I will try my best so you enjoy your best.😊

So with that beautiful smile on your face let get started.

Today's topic is "What is happiness?" wait for a second and think what would make you happy.

Now for a child getting any of his/her favorite toy/chocolate would make him/her happy, while being a school student getting good marks or getting a cycle would make them happy. Similarly, for parents, just a simple smile on their child's face would lead them to the next level of contentment. And now if we talk concerning Mr. Mukesh Ambani then he would feel the same on achieving the title of "Richest Man in the World".

We all have experienced happiness while watching movies in theaters or having cuisine at your favorite Restaurants or going out for weekends, but we are deprived of all this from almost 4 months so is that you haven't felt happy for such a long time? No! na. Might be you have enjoyed more in these so-called lock-downs by making different foodstuff by yourself, spending great quality time with family and exploring more about your skills.

BASICALLY, HAPPINESS IS JUST A STATE OF MIND. IT IS NOT HOW MUCH WE HAVE BUT HOW MUCH WE ENJOY THAT MAKES HAPPINESS.

So here as we saw happiness is been linked to certain targets or some materialistic things. If you achieve them you feel satisfied and flow of pleasure runs within you which lasts only for a few hours then again life is back on track with a new goal to pull off. Similarly, if you missed your targeted goal, you back-out, you start feeling lethargic and which leads to dejection or regrets, which brings chained issues together which makes the whole environment muted. But the same also only goes for days and week and make you less efficient and idler. Then again you are back to routine and setting different goals.

So my point is why to break if you missed the bull's eye, you have reached some level, you have made progress it is not that you are still at level zero. It would be anything 50,70 or 80% you had worked this much then why to cry and turn the table on these successes.

In any circumstances let it be good or bad just keep these words in mind "YEH BHI EK PAAL HAI BITJAYEGA"

Maintaining the mind stability place the great roll in these situations, always remember noting last forever times heals everything. Stormy weather is going to subside and a healthy tree is also going to dry one day, so try making life hassle-free and cherish each moment of your life. As life is too short  to begin a day with drab as it will surely pull down your wonderful day and affect your great future. Try to be motivated, spread happiness and keep moving.

This reminds me of a line by Mr Harivansh Rai Bachaan " Man ka ho toh achcha.. na ho toh zyaada achcha..."😊. with that smile we wrap this sessionπŸ”₯.

Stay safe keep smiling.
and share if you feel this can help someone.

(Disclaimer - You might think that being happy always is so easy? Actually on-ground reality, "No" but you need to find that sweet spot. Its you who defines happiness for yourself.)
